From the recording The Full Spectrum
"A Month of Sundays" is The Third Space's attempt at a spiritual. A Hymn.
Basically, it's a love song to the IDEA of God.
I am myself agnostic (I don't have a clue whether there is a God or not.) I have also always struggled with conventional, organised religion.
(With over 200 recognised religions, it seems to me unlikely that ANY of them are definitive. What if none-of-the-above are right? What if God is something else -- a quantum physics force, for instance?)
But I like the IDEA of there being a God -- a higher force. (Even if we don't really know what that might be. Even if it's unknowable to us.)
To me, the phenomenon of life is profoundly mysterious. This song is a hymn to this mystery.
